Janine Smith

Janine had a strong ambition to become a driving instructor and chose her training company after seeing television adverts believing that they must be the best because they had such a high profile. She soon realised that she had made a mistake but having paid her money for the course it was too late to 'turn back'.

Janine said: "I paid over £3,400 for my training with another company, but if I hadn't found an Instructor Training Company trainer I would not have passed my examinations - my previous training company left my unprepared.

I wish I had discovered this company from the start, I would have saved a lot of time and money.

Charles Homer

Having been with Reality Driving School from the start of his career, Charles is not able to compare his training with that offered by other companies but has been extremely happy with both his training and job.

Charles said: "I trained almost 3 years ago. My diary is full and because of the quality of my training I get lots of referrals. I charge £24 per hour. I have just started training again with The Instructor Training Company for advanced tests and for fleet training. As I gain more experience I am planning to further my career by moving into instructor training and sharing my success with others."

Nigel Philips

Nigel is one of the UK's youngest driving instructors. As someone who was interested in driving from an early age he always wanted to become an instructor and spent time researching the package that would offer him the best possible chance of qualifying and a secure job opportunity.

Nigel said: "What attracted me to the company was the fact that they do not just train you to pass a test - they train you to be a good instructor. I have learned how to teach everything, not just the pre–set tests used in the exams, because of this I was confident right from my very first pupil.

Tracy Morgan

Tracy came to us after becoming frustrated after starting her training with another company. When talking about her experience Tracy said:

"I joined one of the big companies for my training. Despite repeated requests I found it difficult to get the extra training I had been promised and the offered me very little work work on my trainee licence. I now have a full diary and have not looked back since I became fully qualified in 2009."
